Ashley Maxwell, BA, PHRca, is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon, where they have been since 2022. Their HR career began in recruiting and transitioned to various HR roles, enhancing their expertise in performance management, training and development, and employee relations. Previously, they served as a Training & Development Consultant and Coordinator at The Brattle Group, where they designed and executed learning initiatives and improved onboarding processes. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from York University, completed in 2010. They are committed to supporting both business goals and employee experiences in their HR practice.
