Ashley Willis

Ashley Willis has a diverse background in communications, with experience spanning various prominent organizations. Ashley served as Director of Policy Communications at The Center for Education Reform in 2016, managing legislative policies and communication strategies. At Hilton from April 2018 to September 2021, Ashley held the position of Sr. Manager for Global Internal Communications, leading digital transformation initiatives for a workforce of 400,000 employees and developing strategic communications plans. Currently at Amazon since September 2021, Ashley is part of the Employee Experience Communications team, overseeing internal communications across corporate functions and managing a team dedicated to messaging and employee resources. Prior experience includes roles at National PTA as Manager of Digital Communications and K12 as Sr. Specialist in Corporate Communications. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus on Public Relations and International Affairs from Virginia Tech.
