Ashlyn Ruth is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the beauty industry. Currently serving as the Beauty Lead for Creator Marketing at Amazon since May 2025, Ashlyn has previously held significant roles, including Director of Global Product Marketing at Pat McGrath Cosmetics and Senior Product Marketing Manager at Thrive Causemetics Inc. Prior experience includes various marketing positions at Laura Mercier Cosmetics, where Ashlyn progressed from Coordinator to Manager of Global Marketing, as well as an internship at L'Oréal and operational roles at Wegmans Food Markets.
