Aurel Ademi has a diverse background with experience in military and operational management. From March 2002 to January 2003, Aurel served as an Air Defense Officer in the Albanian Armed Forces, leading training for the Albanian Air Defence Military Team. Following military service, Aurel worked at Amazon from February 2012 to July 2015, progressing through multiple roles including Team Lead, Stow Area Manager, and Outbound Operations Manager, overseeing large teams and operations. Aurel also held the position of Security Officer at the Embassy of the United States of America from June 2003 to April 2007.
