Avantika Sinha

Avantika Sinha is currently the Category Leader and General Manager for Food & Beverages Private Label at Amazon, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, from 2015 to 2016, they served as a Senior Business and Account Manager for Amazon Pickup Points, managing P&L ownership and partnerships with several universities. Avantika also held roles as a Senior Program Manager for Global University Recruiting and Senior Campus Recruiter, leading recruitment initiatives and talent branding across various regions. They have experience in talent acquisition from their time at Deloitte, where they managed campus recruitment for multiple business areas. Avantika is pursuing an MBA at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and holds a B.Sc in Microbiology (Hons) from Delhi University.
