Avery Oldt is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in the intersection of technology and user experience across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Design & Research for Amazon Fashion since May 2022, Avery previously held significant positions at Booking.com as Head of Design for Fintech and as the Founder & Chief Design Officer at Blermph. Earlier roles include Senior Vice President and Head of Design at Bank of the West, Head of Design at Kiavi, and leading user experience initiatives for renowned companies such as Restoration Hardware and MTV Networks. With a Bachelor's Degree from Lehigh University, Avery has a demonstrated history of transforming organizations through innovative design strategies.
