Ayushi Agarwal

Ayushi Agarwal is a seasoned professional with experience in brand management and e-commerce across several prominent companies. At Nykaa, from May 2021 to July 2022, Ayushi served as Category Manager for Fragrances & Personal Care, successfully launching popular brands and creating innovative tools like the Perfume Finder. Prior to Nykaa, Ayushi worked at Raymond Consumer Care where, as National Key Account Manager, significant growth in Kamasutra's online presence was achieved, increasing revenue dramatically within a year. Additionally, experience as a Senior Management Trainee and Area Sales Manager at Raymond FMCG showcased Ayushi's leadership skills as the first female in such a position. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Sales and Marketing from SVKM's NMIMS and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Jadavpur University.
