Babu Manya is a seasoned talent acquisition expert with a robust background in strategic sourcing, management, brand attraction, and recruitment across multiple regions including Europe, Africa, Asia, the USA, and Australia. Currently serving at Amazon as a Talent Acquisition professional since January 2022, Babu also holds the position of Global People Sourcing Manager at VSO since November 2012, alongside roles as Director on the Board of Directors at BRAE COURT FREEHOLD LIMITED and Chair of the Board of Directors at Ability Sports Africa. Babu possesses extensive experience in leadership roles, providing strategic direction, mentorship, compliance oversight, and stakeholder engagement in various organizations. Educationally, Babu holds a Master's degree in Global Health and Development from UCL.
