Bala Pasupuleti has a diverse background in inventory management and software development, with professional experience spanning various roles across multiple companies. At RGIS Australia, Bala served as a Stockroom Assistant, conducting inventory counts and organizing stock. In a junior capacity at Nanomindz Technologies Pvt. Limited, programming skills were honed as a Junior Java Developer, contributing to project development through coding and testing. Bala advanced to an Associate Software Engineer at NEPTUNE INFORMATION SOLUTIONS LIMITED, leveraging SQL to extract data and enhance user engagement. Currently at Amazon, Bala holds multiple roles including Proxy Team Lead, overseeing a team and managing production goals, as well as problem-solving tasks in outbound operations.
