Bashar Alfarah MSc

Bashar Alfarah, MSc, Ph.D., is currently the International Structural Principal at Amazon, where they lead design and construction efforts. With fourteen years of experience, they founded SESPID, specializing in automated structural design, and have held key positions at various engineering firms. Bashar has developed expertise in seismic engineering, nonlinear analysis, and innovative structural technologies. They also served as a lecturer at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, sharing knowledge in seismic analysis and numerical methods. Bashar holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a Master's in Structural Seismic Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Earthquake Engineering and Structural Dynamics.
