Previously, they served as a Student Mentor at Debate Mate, helping secondary school students enhance their debating skills, and held leadership roles as President and Public Relations Manager of the BA Econ Society, significantly increasing member engagement. Berra began their professional journey with internships at Deloitte Middle East and Takasbank, where they focused on strategic planning and operational efficiency. They earned a First Class Honours in Economics and Politics from The University of Manchester.
