Beth Cooley

Beth Cooley has extensive experience in state government relations, having worked from 2006 to 2010 as a Manager at the Council On State Taxation and continued to build expertise in various roles at Reed Elsevier and CTIA until 2018. They served as Director and then Senior Director of State Legislative Affairs, advocating on critical legislation for the wireless industry across all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with a focus on 5G infrastructure. Currently, Cooley is the Head of State and Local Policy for Connectivity at Amazon, leading initiatives related to Project Kuiper. They are also pursuing a Master of Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh while holding a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from Western New England University.
