Beth Eads

Beth Eads is currently a Principal HR Business Partner at Amazon, where they have advanced through various HR roles, including Senior HR Manager and Human Resources Business Partner. Previously, they served as a Seasonal Park Ranger for the National Park Service and worked as a Tour Guide at Crystal Cave Company. Beth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology and Jewish Studies from Penn State University and has experience as a tutor at the Morgan Academic Support Center for Student Athletes. Their early work also includes roles such as a Laboratory Research Assistant and a Supply Logistics Captain for the Penn State Dance Marathon.
