Beth Rodriquez

Beth Rodriquez has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, having held various leadership roles in notable organizations. Beth served as a Senior People & Organization Manager at Mars and progressed through several positions, including Human Resources Business Partner at Philips and HR People Advisor at Home Instead Senior Care. During a tenure at Accenture, Beth led Experience Hires and Campus Recruitment for talent acquisition and later became a Principal Human Resources Business Partner for EMEA at Amazon. Additional experience includes roles at Michael Page, Unilever, and General Electric. Beth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management from Fundação Instituto de Administração.
