Bethany Benson

Bethany (Rattray) Benson is a Global People Experience and Technology Leader at Amazon, where they manage various aspects of human resources for a vast global organization. They previously served as an Employee Relations Leader and held multiple HR roles at Amazon, including Global HR Leader for Global Payments Technology and Head of Amazon Worldwide Prime HR. Before joining Amazon, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Maxim Healthcare Services and served as an Operations Manager at Mayo Clinic, overseeing departmental functions and staff management. Bethany also spent time at Virginia Mason Medical Center as a Clinic Manager, leading operational strategy for Psychiatry and other services. They are currently pursuing a Master's in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Behavior at Grand Canyon University and hold a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
