Bethany Prusky

Bethany Prusky is the Sr. Manager of Employee Relations at Amazon, where they are responsible for overseeing employee relations strategies and initiatives. Previously, they served as Employment Counsel at Howmet Aerospace, providing legal advice on a range of employment issues and partnering with HR representatives. Bethany has held various roles in labor relations, including Sr. Employee and Labor Relations Manager, where they led negotiations and fostered positive employee relations across multiple union locations. They earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology from Kent State University.
