Bhagyashree Pani

Bhagyashree Pani is an experienced professional with a background in electrical and electronics engineering and corporate strategy. Bhagyashree began a career at Tata Steel as a Management Trainee in Technical (July 2014 - July 2015) and progressed to managerial roles, including overseeing electrical maintenance and leading operations for the 3 Million Tonne Blast Furnace in Kalinganagar. Bhagyashree further pursued a Management Internship in strategy and brand development at Aditya Birla Chemicals (April 2019 - May 2019) and contributed to corporate strategy at Aditya Birla Group in various capacities, including as Lead Corporate Strategy in the MD's Office (February 2021 - June 2022) and as a Leadership Associate.
