Bikash Pujari

Bikash Pujari is a resourceful and enterprising professional with 13 years of experience in program management, process and operational excellence, and business process re-engineering. They have held various roles at Amazon, including Program Manager for Business Excellence, where they currently lead initiatives for the Consumables business and oversee operational improvements. Prior to Amazon, Bikash worked as an Assistant Manager in Operations at Firstsource Solutions Limited and started their career as a Customer Service Associate at Reliance Communications. They earned a Master’s Degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Calcutta.
