Bill Powers is a learning and performance and change management leader who specializes in enterprise-wide technology adoption, learning strategy, and staff development. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Experience Program Manager at Amazon, Bill has previously held significant roles at Amgen, including Senior Manager in Global Learning & Performance and contributed as a core member of Amgen’s Enterprise Learning Council. With a robust background in digital adoption technologies, performance analysis, and organizational change management, Bill has driven impactful learning strategies and improved operational efficiencies across multiple functions. They hold ongoing studies in Linguistics at UCLA and Landscape Architecture at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
