Billy Duke

Billy Duke is a Global Program Manager with over 11 years of experience in international affairs, U.S. national security, and public policy. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, they previously held leadership roles in the Institute for Security Governance and the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, focusing on security cooperation programs in Africa. They earned a BA in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, and both a Masters in Public Administration from Seattle University and a Masters of International Affairs from American University. Billy has also served as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army and contributed to high-level strategic planning at the U.S. Department of State and the Office of Management and Budget.
