Binchao Chen

Binchao Chen is currently a Lead Scientist at Amazon, having previously served as a Research Scientist at the same company from 2020 to 2022. Prior to their tenure at Amazon, Binchao held roles including Principal Data Scientist and Senior Manager - Data Science at Level 3 Communications from 2016 to 2018. Binchao began their research career as a Research Assistant at the Quality and Productivity Reliability Laboratory at Northeastern University in 2011, where they developed simulation models and performed statistical analyses in collaboration with MD Anderson. Binchao is pursuing a PhD in Industrial Engineering at Texas Tech University and holds a B.Admin in Management Science and Engineering from Jilin University.
