Binu Sudevan is an experienced operations and management professional with a diverse background in leading large-scale initiatives across various sectors. At Amazon, Binu held several key roles, including Senior Operations Manager in Process Engineering, where responsibility included enhancing process efficiencies for multiple AR Sortable Buildings and managing cost optimization projects. As a General Manager, Binu led the launch and operations of the first AR Sortable building in Idaho and oversaw regional transportation operations in the Midwest. Additional experience includes head of capacity planning at Tata Consultancy Services, where responsibility encompassed talent optimization for a global workforce, and serving as a Sloan Fellow and current facilitator at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, focusing on design thinking and interpersonal dynamics. Binu possesses educational qualifications that include a Master’s Degree in General Management from Stanford University and an MBA in Human Resources & Marketing from the University of Kerala.
