Brad Karjama is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Development Manager at Amazon since April 2024, Brad previously held the role of Software Development Manager in Supply Chain Optimization Technology at Amazon from June 2018 to March 2024. In this capacity, Brad managed diverse teams responsible for critical supply chain systems and user experience portals, leading a total of 26 resources across multiple locations. Prior to Amazon, Brad worked at Porter Airlines Inc. from September 2010 to January 2013 as Manager of Web Development and Director of Software Development, where contributions included the development of numerous applications and innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency. Brad's career began at henderson bas kohn, where significant software architecture and development expertise was gained from October 2006 to September 2010. Brad obtained a BASc degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.
