Brett Norton

Brett Norton is a Senior Manager of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) at Amazon, bringing over 20 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) leadership. Previously, Brett served as the SVP of EHS and Sustainability at PLZ Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing EHS programs and driving sustainability initiatives across multiple sites. Prior to that, Brett was the VP of Occupational Safety at UNFI, implementing a behavior-based safety approach that significantly reduced injury rates. Brett's career also includes a role as EHS Director at Starbucks, where expertise in chemical safety was pivotal to managing hazardous materials. Educated at Gonzaga University, Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government.
