Brian Taptitch

Brian Taptitch is currently the Vice President of the World Wide Specialist Organization at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Brian has held this position since August 2017. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Bitcasa from August 2013 to June 2017. From November 2010 to June 2013, Brian Taptitch was the Vice President of International at Zynga. Brian was also a Strategic Advisor and Investor at Davis Shapiro Media Advisors from July 2008 to November 2010. Brian Taptitch co-founded Alarm Clock Worldwide in December 1998 and served as its Research Director & Editor from December 1994 to November 1998. Brian also served as General Manager and VP of Business Development at BitTorrent, Inc. from December 2005 to July 2008. Prior to that, Brian Taptitch was the VP of Online Strategic Development at Electronic Arts from September 2003 to December 2005. Brian began their career as a Summer Associate at Allen & Company in June 2002 and later became a Spring/Summer Principal at Doll Capital Management in February 2001.

Brian Taptitch received their high school diploma from The Landon School. Brian then went on to earn their BA from Williams College. Finally, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
