Briana McIntyre is a Sr. BeXT HR Partner at Amazon, where they focus on enhancing the employee experience for AWS Builders through delivering HR services and identifying process improvement opportunities. With experience as an HR Business Partner and Area Manager, Briana has developed skills in performance management, employee relations, and learning management within the eCommerce industry. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Georgia Southern University and have also attained credits towards a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Language (Mandarin) from Central China Normal University.
