Britt Schick

Britt Schick is currently involved in Product Operations at Amazon, where they also serve as a Business Transformation Leader, managing teams that optimize processes and systems within the Devices group. Previously, Britt held various positions at Arrow Electronics, including Logistics Services Manager and General/Operations Manager, where they focused on process improvements and cost savings. They also worked as the Director of Supply Chain Operations at Comcast, overseeing multiple business lines. Britt began their career as an Engineering Intern with the Town of Ashland, Virginia, after earning a Bachelor’s Degree from Randolph-Macon College.
