Burton Dickie

Burton Dickie is a Retail Operations leader and Human Resource Business partner currently serving as an Operations Manager at Amazon since 2019. Previously, they held the position of Store Manager at Office Depot from 1997 to 2004, leading a team of 30-35 and driving store performance improvements. They then spent 14 years at Best Buy, working as a District Human Resources Manager and later as a General Manager, where they managed large teams and drove sales and operational excellence. Burton is presently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance at The University of Lethbridge.
