C. Andrew Keisner

C. Andrew Keisner is the Associate General Counsel, Director, and Lead Counsel for Project Kuiper at Amazon, where they work on groundbreaking technologies in satellite communications. Previously, Keisner served as Lead Counsel for Project Kuiper and held positions at Amazon as Senior Corporate Counsel for Prime Air and at various prestigious law firms, including Paul, Weiss and Davis & Gilbert. They began their legal career as a Law Intern at the United States Attorney's Office and have also contributed to the RoboBusiness Leadership Summit's Advisory Council. Keisner earned a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, with a focus on aerospace engineering and robotics.
