Caio Balbi possesses a diverse background in environmental health and safety, particularly within the agricultural and industrial sectors. Caio served as Diretor Vice-Presidente and Diretor Presidente at Sinergia UFV from January 2018 to January 2020. Subsequently, experience was gained at Cargill from August 2023 to February 2024 as an Estagiário and later as an Environmental Health Safety Specialist, focusing on environmental issues and project development related to waste management. Currently, Caio is the Permits Compliance Coordinator for WHS at Amazon, beginning in April 2025. Academic qualifications include an ongoing Master of Business Administration in Gestão, Qualidade e Engenharia de Processos from PUCRS and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Viçosa.
