Caitlin Leibert is currently the Global Head of Sustainability for Amazon Worldwide Grocery, leading environmental and social sustainability initiatives for Whole Foods Market, Amazon Fresh, and Amazon Go. Previously, they served as Vice President of Sustainability at Whole Foods Market, implementing sustainability strategies across over 500 stores, and spent more than a decade at Chipotle Mexican Grill, where they built the sustainability department and executed a vision for over 2,500 restaurants. Caitlin holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Studies in Sustainable Leadership from the University of Cambridge and a BA from the University of New Hampshire.
