Caleb Lottes

Caleb Lottes has extensive experience in retail management and operations, having held various leadership roles at notable companies. Starting as a Part Time Supervisor at UPS from August 2006 to July 2011, Caleb progressed to an Assistant Store Manager and then Store Manager at Dillard's Inc. from November 2016 to June 2018, focusing on training and motivating associates to drive sales increases. In addition to these roles, Caleb worked at Amazon from October 2020 to April 2022, serving in multiple positions including Program Manager and Operations Manager, highlighting a strong background in process engineering and workplace safety. Caleb obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ivy Tech Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Information Technology Management from Western Governors University.
