Candace Groff

Candace Groff is a Senior Multimedia Experience Designer at Amazon, where they focus on creating user-centered eLearning solutions. With a background in instructional design and visual storytelling, Candace specializes in designing intuitive, accessible courses for diverse audiences. They previously held roles as a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Chipotle Mexican Grill, where they developed training materials for over 100,000 team members, and as an Art Director at ELM Learning, managing multiple design projects. Candace holds an Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design from Santa Monica College and has also worked as a Graphic Designer at Venminder and Raeken Inc.
