Candice E. is a passionate and results-driven senior leader with extensive experience in transformative change within technology-driven organizations. Currently a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, Candice has held various leadership roles, including Chief of Staff at the Homeland Security Foundation of America, where collaboration and strategic initiatives were prioritized. With a Bachelor of Science from Clark Atlanta University, Candice has a proven track record in developing high-performing teams and fostering inclusive environments, while also serving as the Co-Director of the Black Women’s Employee Network Global Board. Previously, Candice has worked in various capacities, including as Operations Manager at Bank of America and Director at Youth Enrichment Services, where significant growth and community engagement were achieved.
