Cappi Smith

Cappi Smith has extensive experience in operations and human resources, having worked in various managerial roles across multiple prominent companies. From January 2009 to July 2014, Cappi served as a Distribution Operations Manager at Target, responsible for coordinating daily activities and implementing production plans while leading a team of 20-40 members. Cappi has also held positions at Nike as an Operations Manager and Area Manager, as well as at Amazon in multiple capacities, including Inbound Operations Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Additionally, Cappi worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Best Buy from 2004 to July 2008. Cappi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Georgia State University, completed in 2008.
