Carly Smith

Carly Smith possesses extensive experience in community engagement, program management, and equity advocacy within various organizations. Carly's professional journey includes roles such as Organizing and Community Engagement Intern at ACLU of Northern California, AmeriCorps VISTA Leader at Community Link CR, and Program Director for the California Youth Crisis Line at California Coalition for Youth. Carly has actively contributed to initiatives focused on student equity and success at the Foundation for California Community Colleges, progressing to managerial roles that oversee statewide programs. Currently, Carly serves as a Sr. Program Manager in Recruiting Operations at Amazon. Carly holds a BA in Communication Studies from the University of San Francisco.
