Carmen S.

Carmen S. has an extensive background in air traffic control and aeronautical analysis, with over a decade of experience in the United States Air Force, serving in multiple roles including Air Traffic Controller and Operations Manager from August 2011 to November 2021. Following military service, Carmen held positions at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency as an Aeronautical Analyst and at the Federal Aviation Administration as an Aeronautical Information Specialist. Currently, Carmen serves as an Airspace Integration Specialist at Amazon, focusing on Prime Air. Academic achievements include a Master of Arts from Western Kentucky University, a Bachelor of Science from Southern New Hampshire University, and ongoing studies for a Master of Business Administration at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, along with an Associate of Science from the Community College of the Air Force.
