Carmen Spadaro has cultivated a diverse career in business operations and management, beginning with experience as a Business Operations Analyst at illimity, where they developed risk hedging strategies and supported legal teams. They served as a Program Manager for Amazon's Global Procurement Community Impact and an Account Manager for Amazon Pay, managing over 36 accounts and successfully increasing Total Payment Volume by $2M. Carmen's journey in business development began at Too Good To Go, where they launched new markets and onboarded numerous stores.
