Carol Sumter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, management, and organizational improvement across various sectors. With a diverse background that includes roles such as Product Line Manager at Creative Touch Interiors, Regional Director of Operations at Uplift Education, and CEO at SharpTurn Consulting, Carol has consistently driven process enhancements and operational efficiencies. Notable achievements include implementing a pricing program at HD Supply that improved profit margins, leading a large team at Amazon to enhance operational metrics, and establishing a new Employee Relations team at St. Petersburg College.
