Caroline Fell

Caroline Fell is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Manager at Amazon. They began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays and have held various HR roles, including HR Analyst at AstraZeneca and HR Advisor at Amazon. Previously, Caroline worked as an HR Advice Officer for the Parliament of NSW and as an HR Project Officer for the Cancer Institute NSW. They also gained experience as an HR Generalist at Sainsbury's and progressed to senior roles, ultimately becoming a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Caroline earned a degree in Business and Human Resource Management from Nottingham Business School at Nottingham Trent University.
