Casandra Straus

Casandra Straus is a Senior Art Director at Amazon, where they create core visual systems and standards for the DEX organization while collaborating with business teams on creative and strategic planning. Previously, they held roles as a Senior Brand Designer at Amazon and a Senior Designer for Teavana at Starbucks, where they drove the design of promotional campaigns across various digital channels. Casandra's experience also includes positions at Microsoft as a Freelance UI/UX Designer, DDB as a Digital Designer for the US McDonald's account, and as a Records Manager for the City of SeaTac, where they managed city records and designed visual systems for files. They began their career as a Graphic Design Intern at Modern 8 and have contributed to various projects for both Nordstrom and Starbucks.
