Casey Lepkowski

Casey Lepkowski is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in optimizing workflows and enhancing productivity. At Amazon, significant contributions included the creation of IXD workflow optimization that raised productivity from 15 CPH to 50 CPH while processing over 250,000 units in six weeks, as well as leading the development of AI-driven automation solutions. Prior experience at Walgreens encompassed roles as Store Manager and District Manager, where responsibilities included managing sales and operations, community engagement initiatives, and overseeing the Walgreens/Rite Aid Integration project across 2,000 stores.
