Casey Smith

Casey Smith is an experienced aerodynamics engineer currently serving as a Prime Air Aerodynamics Test Engineer at Amazon since May 2025. Prior to this role, Casey held positions including Aerodynamics Lead Engineer at Joe Gibbs Racing and Senior Aerodynamics Engineer at Pratt Miller, where expertise in CFD and wind tunnel testing was utilized to enhance aerodynamic performance. Additional experience includes contributions as an Aero-Mechanical Engineer at Scuderia Toro Rosso F1 Team, focusing on the mechanical development of F1 models, and earlier roles at Manor Racing and Pratt & Miller Engineering, emphasizing aerodynamic model design and testing.
