Cat Boroff is a strategic and data-driven executive with over 20 years of experience leading product, strategy, and operations in technology, education, and high-growth sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Volunteering Products & Data at Amazon, Cat is known for anticipating future opportunities and challenges to guide teams toward impactful decision-making. Cat has held significant roles at Capgemini, TargetX, Beyond 12, The Parthenon Group, The Broad Foundation, and Oracle, demonstrating a proven track record of scaling teams and managing complex initiatives. Cat is also pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
