Catherine Botha

Catherine Botha is a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, where they lead a team of approximately 350 individuals. With a strong background in logistics and biotechnology, Catherine has effectively managed operations, sales, project coordination, and engagement throughout their career. Prior to joining Amazon, they held various roles at HealthQ Technologies, including Project Manager and QC Specialist, while also completing internships at Gelvenor and Strait Access Technologies. Catherine earned an MBA from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and a B.Sc. Honours in Chemistry from Stellenbosch University.
