Chad Prachar is a seasoned leader with 18 years of experience in program management and team development. They began their career as a Sales Counselor at Montgomery Ward and progressed through various managerial roles at Circuit City and Target, where they successfully opened new stores and managed large teams. Most recently, Chad has held the position of Sr. Manager in Program Management at Amazon, focusing on quality and operations. They graduated with a B.A. in Marketing and Communication from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and are committed to fostering engaged teams to drive organizational success.
