Chandana Mudeppa

Chandana Mudeppa is a computer science graduate from the University of Washington, with a diverse experience in technology and hands-on learning environments. Chandana served as a Maker at the University of Washington Housing and Services, managing daily operations at the McCarty Innovation and Learning Lab, where responsibilities included tours, workshops, and technical support. A participant in the Girls Who Code program, Chandana also interned at Amazon as a Software Development Engineer, contributing to the development of a prototype native AWS service. Additional experience includes working as a Research Assistant at the Applied Physics Laboratory, focused on underwater acoustic data analysis, and participation in the OceanHackWeek at the University of Washington eScience Institute, where interdisciplinary collaboration in data science and oceanography took place.
