Chandra Shekhar Joshi

Chandra Shekhar Joshi is a seasoned software development manager with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and driving strategic initiatives within the tech industry. Currently serving at Amazon since April 2021, Chandra leads a team of over 10 engineers in the Amazon AppStore, focusing on customer-centric problem solving and overseeing the backend of the globally visited Product Details page on the Amazon shopping site. Prior to Amazon, Chandra held a vice president role at Goldman Sachs from November 2013 to April 2021, where leadership, hiring, and big data management were key responsibilities, including the successful redesign of a conflict management system. Earlier experience includes positions at Accenture, where significant improvements in coding efficiency were achieved, and at Favworks, where impactful software solutions were developed for billing and customer relationship management.
