Chao Liu

Chao Liu is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently a Senior Software Development Manager at Amazon since February 2014, Chao Liu oversees a team of 60, driving the creation of automated solutions to enhance inventory health across Amazon's fulfillment network, utilizing machine learning and big data technologies. Prior to Amazon, Chao Liu served as a Technical Manager at Alcatel-Lucent from September 2003 to February 2014, leading a 30-person development team focused on Subscriber Data Management products for over 100 global customers. With a strong foundation in real-time systems and proven capabilities in delivering quality results under pressure, Chao Liu has also garnered significant experience servicing Tier 1 telecommunications customers. Chao Liu holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University.
