Charis Jeong is a mission-driven product leader with over 17 years of experience in product development, specializing in creating societal impact through innovative technologies and human-centered design. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Product Manager at Amazon, Charis leads machine translation pilots to enhance localization and internationalization efforts. Formerly, Charis founded and managed the App Factory Incubator at McKinsey & Company, launched an ed-tech startup, and has held positions at Goldman Sachs and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they made significant contributions in technology and analytics. Charis also holds multiple patents and is dedicated to empowering individuals with special needs through nonprofit board service.
